The clothing worn should be based on the portrait setting. For instance, if a holiday image is desired, holiday clothing is appropriate. However, each person in the picture should wear similar tones. Primarily, wear what is comfortable.

The best time of day for outside is early morning or late afternoon a few hours before the sun sets. For inside pictures, the best time is early morning to mid afternoon. If a young child will be taking part in the session, you should consider what time of day the child is usually alert and in a good mood when determining scheduling.

One to three hours depending on the location and subject of the images.

Pets should be washed and groomed. Basic obedience training for dogs is strongly recommended. If he/she understands at least the "sit" and "stay" commands, your session and results will be more enjoyable for both you and your pet.
We will bring a variety of treats and toys but if your fuzzy friend has a favorite toy or special needs treats, please have them available for the session.

Sitting fees or event charges are due either in advance or prior to starting the session or event. Payment for any media such as CD's or prints will be due when placing the order.

We primarily shoot using digital media for the ease of use and unlimited amount of images that can be taken. However, we will shoot film if requested.
